About me

I grew up in the Black Forest in southern Germany, close to nature and a deep sense of well-being. Years in the fast-paced corporate world, however, left me with chronic digestive issues that conventional medicine couldn’t resolve.
In 2018, a friend recommended fasting. The first experience was challenging—but transformative. I felt lighter, clearer, and more connected to my body. Since then, fasting has become a regular part of my life, helping me reset and heal. Curious and inspired, I changed my diet, supported friends in their fasting journeys, and became a certified fasting guide in 2023 through the Center for Naturopathy in Munich.
Through fasting and the lifestyle shifts it inspired, I’ve also immersed myself in mindful eating and sustainable diets—deepening my commitment to a healthier, more conscious way of living.
Now, I’m passionate about not only guiding others through fasting, but also promoting mindful and sustainable eating as powerful tools for personal and planetary well-being.
My Goal
My aim is to inspire others to explore the healing potential of fasting, to provide thoughtful guidance throughout their journey, and to encourage sustainable, long-term lifestyle changes.
I understand that fasting can feel overwhelming or even out of reach at first. But with the right support, it becomes not only possible—it can be truly transformative. I’ve witnessed its positive impact in many people’s lives and believe that, when approached with care and clarity, fasting can be accessible to almost anyone.
Through encouragement, structure, and a step-by-step approach, I create a safe and supportive space where people feel empowered to take this important step toward better health and well-being.
My Approach
I mainly follow the Buchinger method, a scientifically supported approach that includes small, nutrient-light intakes like vegetable broths, herbal teas, and diluted juices. This method offers a gentler alternative to strict water fasting and is especially well-suited for people who are new to fasting or need a more balanced and sustainable experience.
What makes the Buchinger method so effective is its ability to activate the body’s natural detox and regeneration processes—such as autophagy and metabolic switching—while still providing a sense of nourishment and stability. The small caloric intake helps maintain energy levels, reduces common side effects like dizziness or fatigue, and allows many people to continue with certain daily activities, even during a fast.
