Fasting is a practice of abstaining from food  for a specific period. promoting various benefits such as detoxification and metabolic improvement. My approach: Buchinger fasting is a fasting method that typically involves consuming only fluids, such as vegetable broth, fruit juices, and herbal teas, while abstaining from solid food for a duration of 5 - 7 days.
